This lifestyle has led me to embrace the profoundly positive effects of living alcohol free, and relishing my wellbeing as a result. As a certified This Naked Mind Coach and in my private coaching practice- I do not require abstinence from alcohol - I focus on assisting clients to discover their own path to personal liberation from alcohol. Cultivating a supportive, authentic, empowering version of freedom for you- including gray area drinking, moderation, and abstinence.
